After a a couple weeks of not being posted the “Legen-wait for it-dary Comic Book Highlights of the Week” are back.

Cover of the Week: Amazing Spider-Man #607

Do I need to give a reason for this cover being this week’s cover of the week. It’s another great J. Scott Campbell cover. Nuff said.

Amazing Spider-Man #607 Highlights

Even Peter gets lucky every once and a while.

That couple should burn those sheets.

Nice job slipping the tongue while giving Black Cat CPR Peter. Very subtle.

How many times have we seen this kiss happen since it happened in the movie.

Blackest Night: Titans #2 Highlights

Never let a zombie bite you. That is Zombie 101. Hasn’t Donna ever watched a zombie movie?

When will DC let Starfire move on from her old relationship with Dick. I think I need to write a whole post about this topic. It is getting freaking annoying and makes me hate Starfire now, which is sad since she used to be one of my favorite Titans.

So we have had Black Lantern JLA now we have Black Lantern Titans. All we need is Black Lantern versions of the JSA, Outsiders, and Shadow Pact and we will have our new protectors of the world.

Green Lantern #46 Highlights

Always knew Hal was a cheapscape. The Guardians don’t even pay minimum wage.

Was not expecting to see these two powering the Violet Lanterns.

You do not interfere in Sinestro’s fights.

This is why Sinestro is such a badass. You do not mess with this guy.

Teen Titans #75 Highlights

Why isn’t Raven ever chased by a cute bunny or something when she re-appears in a Titans book? That is what Raven must be asking herself.

Ah the good old days. Note to DC: Please release a Teen Titans Omnibus from Marv Wolfman and George Perez’s run on Teen Titans.

Wolverine: Weapon X #5 Highlights

Will you look at that sunset. Such a beautiful day to die.

Reminds me of Shark Week. Those eyes are freaking hypnotic with how much killer intent it has.

Previewing the Week’s Releases: 9/28/09 – 10/4/09

Comics
Amazing Spider-Man #607 – I first issue of this two part story with the Black Cat was great. I can’t wait to see were Joe Kelly takes the Spider-Man/Black Cat relationship and how MJ’s reaction to the big kiss will be handled.

Blackest Night: Titans #2 – The first issue of this three part mini-series surprised me with how food it was. The first issue had some nice old Teen Titans nostalgia for me and it should be interesting to see what other dead Teen Titans come back as Black Lanterns since there are hundreds of them.

Green Lantern #46 – I haven’t been the biggest fan of Geoff Johns work on Blackest Night so far but I did enjoy the last issue of Green Lantern. This issue is suppose to add the Mongul subplot along with what is going on with Sinestro and Carol so this should be an interesting issue.

Teen Titans #75 – I liked the last story arc of this title but I am not sure about how well Felicia Henderson will do on this title since she has only co-writing credits on TV shows. But hey she may be a hidden talent DC has found, which they desperately need.

Wolverine: Weapon X #5 – This has quickly become one of my favorite titles. This is how a Wolverine title should be writer. Aaron and Garney are doing an excellent job on this title and this final part to the Adamantium Men should a fun conclusion

DVD/Blu-ray
Superman/Batman: Public Enemies – Jeph Loeb’s work on Superman/Batman was the last work of his that I enjoyed and Public Enemies was his best arc on the title. It should be fun to see how DC Animation adapts this story arc that was honestly built to be an animated feature. DC Animation has done a good job so far with their animated movies so far so this should be another fun movie by them.

Video Games
Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days – I love the Kingdom Hearts franchise. And I just recently finished playing Re: Chain of Memories for PS2 and it was a great game. This time around we are going to see the story being told from Roxas, Sora’s nobody, point of view and what he did in his time with Organization XII. I am interested to learn more of Roxas backstory of his days in Organization XIII since it felt underdeveloped in KH 2. And it will be interesting to see how Square Enix works around the limitations of the DS game cards as this series has been known for some great graphics and music to go along with the story.

Comics
Amazing Spider-Man #603 – The last issue was better than the first part of The Red Headed Stranger. Van Lente did a good job with the return of the Chameleon and I am interested to see what Chameleon wants, how “Peter’s” meeting goes with MJ, and how Peter escaped getting an acid bath.
Batgirl #1 – It is a bit weird that DC waited this long to finally release the first issue of this new Batgirl series with most Bat-titles already having three issue out already in the Batman: Reborn storyline. Also DC has made it pretty obvious who is going to be Batgirl. Still I am going to give this first issue a shot to see if Bryan Q. Miller can provide a solid story as he has done with his recent work on Teen Titans.
Batman: Streets of Gotham #3 – So far Streets of Gotham has been the strongest Batbook since Dick Grayson has taken over the mantle. Dini has done a great job balancing out the action and drama in the first two issues. He has really stacked the deck against Dick with having to deal with Thomas Elliot (Hush) posing as Bruce Wayne, the gang war, a mysterious vigilante, and having to deal with Damien. With all of this series this is the issue I am most looking forward to reading this week.
Daredevil #500 – So far Brubaker has done a very good job with this “Return of the King” arc brings back Wilson Fisk (Kingpin) to the Marvel Universe after being gone for about a year. And with this issue being the last issue in Brubaker’s run I expect him to deliver an excellent ending to this story arc before Andy Diggle takes over this title.
Wolverine: Weapon X #4 – Jason Aaron and Ron Garney have done a great job with the only solo book Logan is starring in now. Aaron has given this series an old school feel as he has returned Wolverine to his roots and living up to the “the best at what he does” that Wolverine hasn’t really been living up to since becoming Marvel’s most overexposed superhero.

As always Skottie Young’s cover here for X-Men Forever #4 is incredible. Young does a fantastic job placing the X-Men into the Wonderful Wizard of Oz setting.

Teen Titans #73 Highlights

You go girl! Aquagirl official has become my favorite member from this new version of the Teen Titans group. Gotta love that feisty Hispanic attitude.

Who knew that Abraham Lincoln loved Leprechaun Malts.

This spread actually has me looking forward to the next issue of Teen Titans. Something I have not said about this title in a long time.

Ultimatum #5 Highlights

Say what you will about the story in Ultimatum but at least we got some stellar artwork from David Finch. And I like this splash page to open up this issue with Wolverine and his claws having the reflection of Magneto on them.

Haven’t they learn, even as a bag of bones Wolverine will not stop fighting just because he has no skin left unless…..

…..rip all the adimantium of his bone and you fry off all his bones to dust as Magneto does here.

The truth hurts does it Magneto.

Another useless death that does nothing to expand on the plot other than give the reader some more senseless gore.

Am I suppose to be surprised by this death?

Dude, somebody go out and buy Quicksilver some In-n-Out burgers and some pizza.

Ultimatum: Spider-Man Requiem #2 Highlights

Hulk vs. Spider-Man drawn by Mark Bagley is just great.

“Hulk save school bus.”

It’s tough being a spider(-man), no one ever pays attention to you.

I hope that we see the Ultimate Lizard in Ultimate Comics Spider-Man get a story arc because he is one of the villains I wanted to see get an arc in Ultimate Spider-Man.

Hero among Heroes.

A few broken windows isn’t bad. Nothing a good spit and shine can’t fix up.

Teen Titans #73 Review

Story – Child’s Play Part 2: Upstairs, Downstairs…

Review
After going through an endless amount of turnover with the team it is finally looking like Teen Titans is getting back on track. Bryan Q. Miller has really done a great job with these two issues bringing back this title to the prominence it once had. Though two issues isn’t enough to ensure that this title will continue to be a quality read it is a good start.

While Teen Titans #73 didn’t have any action Miller was able to make up for it by being able to do plenty of character work for the new team of Teen Titans. While I still do not like Bombshell, as I still find her to be a second rate Ravager, I like the new dynamic that Miller has given the new team. Miller gives each character a distinct voice which is usually the thing most writers of team books have.

Even though the new team of Titans has yet to go on a mission together yet it was fun seeing how Static, Blue Beetle, Eddie, Aquagirl, and Miss Martian act with one another without their leader, Wonder Girl, around. Unlike the previous dozen issues this new team actually acts not like just another team but a group of friends. And when it comes to Teen Titans that is how the team should act.

It was especially fun seeing how without Wonder Girl that everyone on the team turned to Blue Beetle to be the leader even though he has not shown to be a leader yet. It was funny seeing his reaction to everyone turning to him to lead and his nervousness to do so and then having Aquagirl stand up and put everyone in place. In just a few short issues I gotta say Aquagirl is probably my favorite member on the team right now.

The addition of Traci 13 into this story arc is a good use of a guest star in this story arc. In the last issue we saw that Aquagirl and Traci 13 had some animosity between the two, mostly from Aquagirl’s part, because of Aquagirl showing attraction to Blue Beetle. And it is was cool seeing the two girls working together in this issue in order to save Wonder Girl.

Also I liked how Miller developed the latest version of the Fearsome Five. Miller does a good job making the Fearsome Five into a viable threat for the Teen Titans to face and makes it almost even as both teams have plenty of heavy hitters on each side. And the addition of the Calculator telling the Fearsome Five what to do makes the fight between the two teams more unpredictable.

Now I will say there were a couple weaknesses with this issue. The first being the Calculator’s involvement in this story. The last time we saw him he was being taken away by the authorities in Oracle: The Cure mini-series. It would have been nice to see how he escaped just so that we have some continuity with what has recently happened to the character.

The other problem I had with this issue was with the Ravager back-up story we got in this issue. Back during Sean McKeever’s run on Teen Titans the one of thing that he was able to do right with this title was how he handled Rose’s character. Which is it is surprising that he is writing such an underwhelming story with the Rose back-up story. There really isn’t much to the Rose story in this issue as the story involving Rose feels one-dimensional. What would be best for McKeever’s back-up story is if he adds one of the current or former teammates of Rose from the Teen Titans to her story as she is a much better character when she is able to bounce of another character with her dialogue.

Issue Rating
Story: 7.8/10 – Millar does an excellent job building the team dynamic for the new group of Teen Titans and the story with the Fearsome Five return and Calculator’s revenge was well done in this issue. Though I wish I could say the same thing for McKeever’s story but sadly his story was the only real disappointment in the issue.
Art: 8/10 – Joe Bennett’s artwork for the main story and Yildiray Cinar provide plenty of good artwork throughout the issue for both stories.
Overall: 7.9/10 – The problems with the back-up story aside, Teen Titans #73 was another solid issue. Millar and Bennett are doing a great job with the main story in this title. And I can’t wait to see how the battle with the Fearsome Five ends up in the next issue, which is something I have not said about Teen Titans in a while.

Previewing the Weeks Releases: 7/27/09 – 8/2/09

While I haven’t done a preview for the week in a while I have decided to start previewing the week ahead but with an added wrinkle of adding any DVD/Blu-rays, manga, movies, and video games I get, watch, or rent that are released that week along with the comics. I will also put a hyperlink to the preview of the things I get that week that I am able to find on the internet.

Comics:
Teen Titans #73 – The last issue of Teen Titans was a surprisingly good read. Hopefully Bryan Q. Miller can continue that momentum into this issue and get this title back on track.

Ultimatum #5 – After going through the horror that has been Ultimatum the final issue of one of the worst events in comic book history is almost over. The only real reason I have bother to pick up this mini-series is because I actually am looking forward to Ultimate Comics launching next month and I just want to see how this event affects the Ultimate Universe.

Ultimatum: Spider-Man Requiem #2 – The first issue of the “final” days of Ultimate Spider-Man was an excellent beginning to this two part story. I really liked the mix of Immonen and Bagley’s artwork though I hope for this second issue that Immonen gets a chance to draw more of the aftermath of the Ultimatum wave and not just leave this issue to be another flashback story.

DVD/Blu-rays:
Dragonball: Evolution – Even though I have heard only negative reviews on this movie as a Dragonball fan I am still going to go out and rent it to see if the live-action adaption to one of my favorite mangas is as bad as people say it is

Green Lantern: First Flight – DC has done a great job with their straight to DVD animated movies so far and from the trailer I am looking forward to the adaption of Hal Jordan’s origin story.

The Spectacular Spider-Man: The Complete First Season – With the Spectacular Spider-Man now into its second season we are finally getting a full collection of the first season of this great show on DVD. If you still have not given The Spectacular Spider-Man a shot than do yourself a favor and pick-up this season DVD as it is one of the most faithful and best comic book cartoon adaption we have had.

Movies:
Funny People – Though I probably won’t get a chance to go to the movie theater this week I am still undecided if I should watch this movie or wait until it comes out in DVD. Still the trailer looks good and a typical Judd Apatow movie.

Cover of the Week: Booster Gold #22

Call me a sucker for the old Wolfman/Perez era Teen Titans but I just think this cover for Booster Gold does a good job capturing how Perez drew the Teen Titans and Deathstroke.

Batman #688 Highlights

Well it looks like being Batman won’t be working out for Dick Grayson as he gets his ass kicked three weeks into the (DC) future.

“Smile for the camera Batman! You are on Box News.”

That is one big cape. It is actually good to see Winnick is addressing the difference between Bruce and Dick’s fighting styles, as well as why Dick did not wear a cape as Nightwing. To bad Morrison addressed this last week.

Is this the first sign of respect that Damien is giving Dick? In any case it will be interesting to see were Winnick, as well as all the other Bat-writers, takes this plotline of Dick being the one to train a new Robin.

This plotline of Harvey figuring out that it is not really the original Batman under the cowl but the first Robin is a nice pick up from were Tomasi left the Nightwing/Two-Face story back in Nightwing #151.

Green Lantern #43 Highlights

Black Hand has some weird as fetishes. I don’t think those bones consented to the acts Black Hand has in mind.

Just some of the faces we should be looking to see brought back as Black Lanterns. Though no one from this list is surprising.

Well I guess being rejected by a bunch of bones really put Black Hand over the edge and he decided to off himself.

Okay I’ll admit while I did not like this issue of Green Lantern this was a pretty badass way to end the issue.

Red Robin #2 Highlights

Damn Tim! Didn’t anyone ever teach you manners. Always help a girl up after kicking her in the gut.

Bump……..bump……..bump! Tim just made a deal with the devil. This is sure to end up well for Tim. NOT!

Legen-wait-for it-dary Comic Book Highlights of the Week 6/24/09

Alright I decided to move up the highlights of the week to come out a bit earlier. So now I’ll be posting the highlights of the week on either Friday or Monday after the release of new comics.

Amazing Spider-Man #598 Highlights

Daredevil #119 Highlights

Why do ex’s always feel like they have to mess with your life even in death.

Matt really needs to grow a pair and finally show some backbone.

Why do I get a bad feeling that this story won’t end well for Dakota? I really liked her as a character but just like any woman that gets close to Matt she may become another victim of “Women in the Refrigerator” syndrome.

Green Lantern #42 Highlights

Hal finally stops with all the self-doubt and builds his own Green Lantern Corps.

Never sleep with the enemy John. Well unless they are as hot, or hotter, as Fatality then it is okay.

Is Hal one step closer to becoming a White Lantern? Hmmmmm!

Wonder how the Blue Lanterns will feel after finding out they were sold out by the Green Lantern Corps Guardians.

Guardians of the Galaxy #15 Highlights

This is one of the first times since War of Kings #1 that I have seen Black Bolt show any emotion.

Easily the moment of the week. Cosmo is awesome.

Only Rocket Raccoon can go from kicking ass to crying and still be awesome.

Nova #26 Highlights

It’s great to see Richard Rider back as Nova Prime. Everything is right with the universe now. Oh wait, War of Kings is ripping the universe apart. My bad. At least Richard is back as Nova.

Hey if I was Ko-Rel I would be complaining about dying because Richard couldn’t keep his woman in line.

I guess Robbie doesn’t need big bro’s help. Or does he?

Teen Titans #72 Highlights

Who knew Aquagirl was so kinky. My kind of woman.

No better way to learn the teenage way of life than playing some DDR.

The return of the Fearsome Five. This story arc does look like it has a lot of potential.

Wolverine: Weapon X #3 Highlights

Wolverine is the king of the Columbian jungle.

Man the Strikeforce X members do not mess around. The guy Wolverine captured ripped out his own eye just so that Wolverine wouldn’t be able to track him. Hardcore!

Amazing Spider-Man #598

Story - American Son Part 4 of 5

Review
“American Son” continues to be one of the best Spider-Man stories we have gotten in a long time. Joe Kelly is just delivering everything you expect of a Spider-/man story. He provides soap opera drama, comedy, and action. And really this is how comic book stories should. This story feels like it is a game changer for Amazing Spider-Man. Not the Marvel Universe. Just Amazing Spider-Man.

I think as to many writers in this era are trying to make their stories universe changing event instead of building on what has been told before in that book. And by doing that many stories do not feel like they deliver like they should, which is what is hurting a lot of Dark Reign stories. But what Joe Kelly has done with “American Son” is use the current status quo of the Marvel Universe as only a backdrop for his story that really does not build on Dark Reign but on the stories all the Amazing Spider-Man writers have been telling this past year. At no time do I feel like it will affect the greater Marvel Universe. This story only feels like it affects Amazing Spider-Man which is how all stories in comic books should feel like.

I love everything Kelly is doing with Peter, Harry, Norman, and even Norah. All these major characters feel important to the story and all get great character development during the issue. There are plenty of moments that I enjoyed in this issue that I could mention but the my favorite scene out of the whole issue has to be the short interaction between Peter and Bullseye. That scene was just plain funny.

The only thing that I did not like is the storyline with Lily and the true father of her baby which was unsurprising. Though the reveal feels more of an apology by Marvel to fans for screwing over Gwen’s character. But still the real reason I hate what is going on with Lily is that I just have never liked the character and this only makes me dislike the character more.

Issue Rating
Story: 9.4/10 – The Lily story aside, Joe Kelly is doing a great job telling a phenomenal Spider-Man story. Kelly just has a great handle for Peter, his supporting cast, and all the villains involved in the story.
Art: 8/10 – Siquieira and Checchetto provide plenty of solid artwork for this issue. The only gripe I had with the art was with how they drew Invisible Woman.
Overall: 8.7/10 – Amazing Spider-Man #598 was another solid issue. And if you have yet to pick up, or re-pick up, Amazing Spider-Man I highly recommend getting “American Son” when it comes out in trade format as it has been a great Spider-Man story

Story - Agent Orange Part Four

Review
It may be because Johns has been so focused with Blackest Night but over these past few months the quality of his work has really dipped down. Green Lantern is still one of my favorite titles to get every month but Johns has really taken all the fun out of this title with these past few story arcs. “Agent Orange” while a fun concept just feels like it dragged on one to many issues and it should have been only three issues and not four.

There are some fun concepts like Hal gaining control of the Blue Lantern ring and creating his own construct of Green Lantern Corps, the scene between John and Fatality, and what is going on in the hunt for the Anti-Monitor. But just something about how Johns put these storylines together just feels disjointed and he really rushed through each storyline to get it over with.

It also does not help that the art for this issue was not very good either. Both Tan and Barrows are good artist but working together on this book, with two set of inkers and colorists, did not help the book to feel less disjointed. It actually felt worse as it just looks like they rushed this issue out.

Issue Rating
Story: 4.2/10 – While Johns dialogue was okay in this issue the way he has told this “Agent Orange” story arc was not well told and not up to the standard of his previous work.
Art: 5.5/10 – While seperately Tan and Barrows are good artist together they just did not work well and gave us a sloppy looking issue.
Overall: 4.85/10 – Green Lantern #42 was a very disappointing end to what was already a boring story. “Agent Orange” is a completely skippable storyline that readers looking forward to Blackest Night do not need to read at all.

Story - War of Kings Tie-In

Review
While this was not the epic action packed issue that I was expecting DnA provide plenty of great action and character develop that further develops the overall War of Kings storyline. From the looks of this issue this story takes place right after War of Kings #4 and right before issue #5.

What has been great about Guardians of the Galaxy is that it has returned to being just a fun space opera/action book that it should be. DnA understand the perfect times when the characters should be serious and when to insert some comedy. All the action with the Guardians, Inhumans, and Shi’ar was all well done and help show what these characters act like during crisis. All the characters were handled well and it makes me look forward to what will happen in War of Kings #5.

The only complaint I had with this issue was Walker’s art towards the end of the issue. While all the art was great for about 2/3 of the issue the last 1/3 just did not look good especially Rocket Raccoon. Rocket just looked ugly and like he had rabbies.

Issue Rating
Story: 8/10 – DnA continue to have a great handle on all of the characters involved in War of Kings and they know how to use all the fighting to provide great character work.
Art: 7/10 – Walkers art was good for most of the issue and it was just the end of the issue that the art really looked horrible.
Overall: 7.5/10 – Guardians of the Galaxy #14 was another exciting issue that adds a lot to what is going on in War of Kings.

Story - Child’s Play: Ring Around he Rosie

Review
It may be because my expectations for Teen Titans have rellay been lowered a lot over the past year and a half but this, and the last, issue have been good issues. This issue had some great interaction between all of the Titans and it finally feels like this is a team again as the various characters are finally able to get to know one another. I just like how all the Titans, sans Cassie, were able to just go out and hang out like friends not just teammates. This is something that has been missing from this title for a long time.

The Titans have always been more like the JSA than the JLA as the Titans have always been more of a family than a bunch of individuals fighting together. And it is nice to see them do this again. I especially loved the little love triangle going on between Jaime, Traci 13, and Lorena. It definetely lead to some funny moments in this issue.

Also the back-up with Ravager was farely entertaining and I am looking forward to seeing what McKeever has in store for my favorite Teen Titan character.

The only complaint I have is continued deevolution of Cassie’s character. Instead of interacting with the team she just continues to distance herself from the team. And with the return of Connor I get the feeling that any developmet with Cassie will be thrown out in favor of her returning to being Connor’s girlfriend. Which is a shame since Cassie’s character does have room to grow but it just doesn’t feel like the writers of this title know that.

Issue Rating
Story: 7.6/10 – Miller does a nice fill in job as he understands what makes the characters tick and McKeever does a good jo with the back-up story.
Art: 7.7/10 – Barrows provides plenty of solid artowork though there were times where the artwork had some inconsistencies.
Overall: 7.65/10 – Teen Titans #72 was a solid issue that brings back the fun this title has been lacking for a long time.

Story - The Adamantium Men Part 3 of 5

Review
If it wasn’t for this weeks Amazing Spider-Man issue Wolverine: Weapon X would have been my book of the week. Aaron is doing a great job just telling a solid Wolverine story.

Aaron understands that he does not have to reinvent the wheel and that he just needs to put his characters, in this case Wolverine, in fun and interesting situations and let the character be him/herself. “The Adamantium Men” is not a new story that Wolverine has not been in before but it is just a fun story that brings the character back to his roots.

The cat and mouse game between Wolverine and Strikeforce X in the Columbian juggle provide plenty of solid action, though not as good as the last issue, that Garney does a good job illustrating. While most of the Strikeforce X characters are your generic villain soldier villains they are at no point boring characters. And I like the corporate executive that is behind the hunt for Wolverine as he is just your good old fashion corporate sleeze ball looking for any way to profit.

Issue Rating
Story: 9/10 – Aaron continues to have a great handle Wolverine’s character and build a nice villain organization for our hero to go up against.
Art: 8/10 – Garney provides plenty of solid artwork and I especially dug his artwork for the Columbia jungle scene.
Overall: 8.5/10 – Wolverine: Weapon X #3 was another solid issue and if you are looking for a good Wolverine title to read this is the only Wolverine title that is worth reading at the moment.

Cover of the Week: Amazing Spider-Man #595

This cover by Phil Jimenez gives a nice preview of what is going to happen within the issue and story which is something that many covers do not do and instead are just poster covers that have nothing to do with the issue.

Amazing Spider-Man #595 Highlights

Hitting on a couple of girls is a nice way to spend an afternoon in the park.

Wolverine’s comments here definitely deserves a fist pound. Though I am not sure if George Bush thinks that way.

Some nice brotherly bonding between soon-to-be brothers Peter Parker and J. Jonah Jameson Jr.

Nice homage to this Spider-Man cover.

Not a big fan of this ending but it is not what it looks like. Maybe Lily is just retaining water or something.

Green Lantern #41 Highlights

At least the Guardians are finally doing something other than just blaming the Green Lantern Corps members for mistakes that could easily be their fault.

Wonder who John feels safer being/fighting with Fatality or the Orange Corp avatars.

We had to go through a whole issue just to get to this point that honestly could have been a kick butt opening not ending.

Guardians of the Galaxy #14 Highlights

Only if Bug didn’t say that last comment he might have convinced Black Bolt and Medusa to hear the Guardians out. Oh well, can’t blame him for the comment as it would be hard to resist not saying.

Do not mess with Warlock because he is the Goddamn Warlock.

One of the best things about War of Kings is how DnA have really made the even Crystal’s coming out party as she becomes much more open and aggressive with letting her opinions being heard.

The next issue of Guardians of the Galaxy should be one killer brawl especially if the Shi’ar join in since Warlock has the Witch-Mark on him.

Nova #25 Highlight

Finally Richard gets his powers back. Now let see him take on Gladiator. That would be a great fight.

Teen Titans #71 Highlight

The truth hurts doesn’t it Cassie.

Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #6 Highlight

This series amounted nothing but talking wish it would have ended with both of them fighting it out instead of talking though this was a probably the best scene of the whole mini-series.

Wolverine #72 Highlights

Love Red Skulls trophy room.

The Ebony blade vs Captain America’s shield.

This was just a sick scene. Definitely not the way I thought the fight would end but it was great.

First Cap’s shield and then Iron Man’s armor. The only thing missing was Wolverine using Spider-Man’s web-shooters.

Now it is time to really kick some ass. I don’t think the Hulk Gang knows what they got themselves into.
