Scandanavian Mystery Writers

Here is an interesting article about Scandinavian mystery writers from The Wall Street Journal.

I also like the image (reproduced to the right) that accompanies the WSJ article. Now, when I read Arnaldur Indridason’s novels (of which I am particularly fond), I can savor the tongue-in-cheek rendering (which I will imagine to be Erlendur, the Icelandic police detective).
